Peristaltic pump has corrosion resistance characteristics, the only contact with the pumped material is the hose, even if the damage, only need to replace the hose.

3. The process of papermaking needs to use melamine formaldehyde resin, PAE, PPE, polyacrylamide, urea-formaldehyde resin and other wet reinforces, which need to be accurate to the specific grams when added. Peristaltic pump can be used for accurate pumping, and the amount of materials can be accurately controlled, and waste can also be reduced.

4. Dry operation without liquid will not damage any part of the pump. Peristaltic pumps can produce up to 98% vacuum. There are no valves, mechanical seals or packaging seals, so there is no leakage or maintenance. It can also easily transport solids, liquids or gas-liquid mixtures, up to 40% of the diameter of the solids contained in the fluid.
