The working principle of the industrial peristaltic pump: A special rubber hose is connected inside the pump, which has a smooth inner wall and reliable strength. A pair of pressure rollers rotate and squeeze along the rubber hose, squeezing the hose. This rotation causes the media to flow toward each other. After the hose transfers the medium, the hose returns to its original shape under the action of the elasticity of the crushed hose and the side guide rollers. At this time, a high vacuum is generated in the hose. The medium is sucked into the lumen again. Then, the medium is discharged from the tube under the pressure of the subsequent pressure roller. From the beginning of the cycle, the medium is continuously sucked in and discharged.

Before the industrial peristaltic pump starts to run, please make the following preparations.
1. Check whether the reducer in the pump chamber is sufficiently lubricated.
2. Make sure that the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump are properly installed and fixed. Whether the bolts on each flange are tightened.
3. Make sure that the inlet valve and outlet valve of the pump are both open.
4. Press the start and stop buttons to start the pump, check whether the rotation of the motor matches the inlet and outlet of the pump, and check whether the pump is stuck.
