GH100-1050R hose pump is specifically designed for filter press feeding system and for solid-liquid separation of various suspending liquid.This pump equipped with a stainless steel coupling and SEW gearbox, it is small in size and large in displacement. The connector is made of stainless steel flange, which has higher power, higher transmission efficiency, more stable performance and simple operation.


GH100-1050R hose pump mainly includes a pump casing, a rotor, a drum, an idler, a squeeze hose and a drive unit. The squeeze hose in the pump room is U-shaped, and the hose is deformed when the rotor drives the drum to rotate. After the drum rotates, the deformed hose will recover through its elasticity. Therefore, a negative pressure is generated in the hose, mud is generated under the push of the roller, and is discharged through the outlet, eventually forming a pressure transfer of the slurry.





GH100-1050R hose pump can be used in the following applications:

1. Construction: transfer of mortar, concrete and sprayed layers

2. Textile mill: transfer of fiber, liquid, dye and wastewater

3. Dye manufacturing: paint, paint and pigment delivery
