Before the high pressure peristaltic pump is activated, make the following preparations before starting it.

1. Check if the reducer lubrication in the pump cavity is sufficient.

2. Make sure that the pump inlet and outlet pipes are properly installed and secured. Whether the bolts on each flange are tightened.

3. Make sure the pump inlet and outlet valves are all open.

4. Press the start and stop buttons to start the pump, check if the rotation of the motor matches the inlet and outlet of the pump, and check if the pump is stuck. If all the above checks are correct, you can start the test operation. If there are no abnormalities in all aspects, it can be operated normally.
