Industrial peristaltic hose pumps are a new era of industrial products. (1) There are few worn parts, the failure rate is low, and maintenance is easy. From an economical point of view, the only replacement part is the hose, which minimizes the cost of use and maintenance.

(2) Transferable. This is also the biggest feature of the hose pump. If there is no moderate suction at the inlet end, it will not damage the pump itself. It is suitable for situations that are particularly necessary because there is no staff to take care of the site.

(3) A medium with a high solid content and high wear resistance can be transported. For hose pumps with solids up to 80%, the maximum viscosity can reach 50,000 cps. These are fine for highly abrasive particles in landfill leachates.

(4) High self-priming. Compared to other types of positive displacement pumps, the theoretical self-priming height can reach 9.5 meters. The leachate is usually in a reservoir and requires a high self-priming pump to absorb the leachate, which is then transferred to a filter or incinerator.

(5) Frequency conversion After installing the motor, the operating frequency of the motor can be easily adjusted according to the amount of landfill leachate to be processed, and a linear change in the flow can be realized. The entire landfill leachate reverse spray system is easy to operate and highly automated.
