Squeeze hose pump is mainly composed of a pump casing, a rotating frame, an extrusion wheel assembly, a supporting wheel assembly, a blocking wheel assembly, a high-toughness wear-resistant extrusion hose, and a power driving system. The squeezing hose is arranged in a horizontal U-shape in the pump casing. When the power system drives the squeezing wheel on the rotating frame to rotate, the squeezing hose is elastically deformed by the backpressure of the squeezing wheel, forming a 1 to 2 MPa in the suction port. Under negative pressure, the fluid slurry is quickly sucked in, and the material is discharged from the outlet through the 2 to 3 squeeze wheels in a segmented seal, and the subsequent slurry comes one after another, thereby forming a pressure circulation conveying of the slurry.
Squeeze hose pumps have special valveless low-speed and low-pressure transportation characteristics, which will not cause substantial changes to the slurry, and are especially suitable for some slurry transportation with expansion, air bubbles, fibers, foam and other characteristics.
