It has strong adaptability and can transport liquid, slurry and viscous suspended materials. Especially the flexible hose cavity can pump impurities. Liquid, various fibrous objects, and solid slurry with particle diameter below 1/4 of the diameter of the hose, and the smooth inner cavity of the hose does not cause any blockage. Larger solid particles are allowed. The concentration of the conveying medium can be greater than 70%. Therefore, it is very suitable for conveying high-concentration materials.
(4) No pump is required before operation. The rotor itself acts as a valve when the pump is stopped. Backflow is prevented. During dry running, there will be no failure such as the main shaft being blocked.
(5) The liquid meter pumped is in contact with the rubber tube, so it can transport the acid and alkali salt corrosiveness that rubber can withstand, high power peristaltic hose pump is toxic, sterile, radioactive, and abrasive media with a relatively high surface content. The sanitary requirements are very high, and materials with shear force damage are not allowed, such as slag paddle conveying for process operations such as beneficiation and aeration. The conveying medium is only in contact with the rubber tube, which overcomes the disadvantage of excessive wear of the pump parts, so the pump body and the like need only be made of ordinary materials, and the cost is low.
(6) It can rotate forward and reverse. No inlet and outlet are set, less power consumption, high hydraulic and volumetric efficiency.
(7) It has a good metering ability and can be used as a t-meter pump. The flow can be changed by selecting the size of the tube and the speed of the joints. The flow range is wide, and the accuracy and repeatability of it are high. The flow accuracy can be less than 10%, and it will not be affected by the viscosity change of the medium.
