The hose pump (commonly known as squeeze pump, hose squeeze pump, peristaltic pump) series of products are new-type multifunctional industrial pumps developed by absorbing foreign advanced technology. It completely eliminates the working mode of traditional pump impeller and shaft seal, and has great advantages when transporting media containing high viscosity, high corrosion and a large amount of fluid impurities.

The working principle of hose pump:

Inside the hose pump, a special rubber hose with a smooth inner wall and excellent strength is installed. The pressure roller rotates to squeeze and squeeze the hose along the rubber hose, and the rotation transmits the medium in one direction. After the return, the hose carries the medium, and due to the elasticity of the squeezed hose and the force of the side guide roller, the hose returns to its original shape. At this time, a high vacuum is generated in the hose, the medium is sucked into the cavity again, and then the medium is discharged from the tube under the pressure of the subsequent roller. The work process is repeated in this way. 

The advantages of the hose squeeze pump: unique sealing structure, no leakage, strong self-priming and self-cleaning capabilities, simple structure, easy installation and maintenance, low maintenance cost, and easy operation. It will not interfere with the transfer of viscous or impurity-rich fluids.

How to choose the right hose pump?

1. If the process conditions are intermittent production and there is no quantitative requirement, the rated flow of the selected pump may be higher than the actual flow required.

2. If the process condition is continuous production, the actual required flow should basically match the pump's rated flow. If the flow can be adjusted, a pump with variable frequency speed adjustment function can be used. 

3. The main components of the hose are natural rubber and butyl rubber. When choosing, please consider the suitability of the hose to the transport medium.

4. The inlet and outlet of the pump have the same direction, and the inlet and outlet can be interchanged, which can be determined according to the piping and actual conditions.

5. Can be customized design according to user needs.

The initial investment of hose pumps is relatively large, but the only consumables that need to be replaced later are hoses, which are relatively cheap and relatively easy to replace. Although the initial purchase price may be higher than other positive displacement pumps, the cost of replacement and maintenance of hose pumps has an overwhelming advantage.
