Some domestic customers of hose peristaltic pumps are still not very well understood. The peristaltic pump started in the middle of the last century. After decades of development, it has gradually developed from a low-pressure peristaltic pump in the laboratory to a high-pressure peristaltic pump used in the industrial field. The flow rate also ranges from milliliters per hour to tens of cubic meters per hour. It is also known and familiar to more and more customers.

They believe that hose peristaltic pumps are more suitable for use in this situation than other positive displacement pumps. They have the following advantages:(1) There are few vulnerable parts, low failure rate and easy maintenance. In terms of economic benefits, the only replacement part is the hose, which minimizes the customer's cost of use and maintenance.
(2) Dry transfer. This is also the biggest feature of the hose peristaltic pump. It will not damage the pump itself when there is no medium suction at the inlet end, which is particularly suitable for the occasions they require, because there is no staff to take care of the site.
(3) It can transport medium with high solid content and high abrasion. For hose peristaltic pumps, the maximum solid content that can be transported is up to 80%, and the maximum viscosity can be transported to 50000cps. These have no problems with the highly abrasive particles in the landfill leachate.
(4) High self-suction. Compared with other types of positive displacement pumps, the theoretical self-priming height can reach 9.5m. Generally, the leachate is in the storage tank, and a pump with high self-suction is required to suck up the leachate, and then it is sent to the filter or incinerator.
(5) After installing the frequency conversion motor, the working frequency of the motor can be easily adjusted according to the actual amount of landfill leachate to be processed, and the linear change of the flow rate can be achieved. This makes the whole landfill leachate re-injection system easy to operate and highly automated.
(6) The inside of the pump cavity of the hose peristaltic pump is easy to clean. When delivery is not required, the bypass line at the inlet and outlet ends can be opened to clean the hose and extend the service life of the hose.
